Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Numaxus, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@numaxus.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. To request an exchange, contact us at support@numaxus.com with your order number and the item you'd like in exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@numaxus.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
