1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to US territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam) or internationally at this time.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volumes.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a qualifying amount (as displayed at checkout).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Numaxus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@numaxus.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@numaxus.com before the order is processed.
